Account Deletion Policy

1. Internal Platform Context

Internal Muster is an invite-only internal application. Accounts are strictly provisioned and managed by your organization's administrators.

2. Requesting Account Deletion

If you no longer require access or are transitioning out of your role, account deletion and off-boarding are handled internally. Please submit a request directly to your IT department or organization's system administrator to revoke your access and remove your profile.

3. Deletion and Off-boarding Process

Once your administrator processes the request, the following actions occur:

Your access to Internal Muster is immediately revoked.
Your personal profile data is purged from the platform's active directory.
You are removed from active on-call schedules, alert routing rules, and permission groups.

4. Data Retention

Because Internal Muster is used for operational auditing and compliance, historical logs of actions you performed (such as acknowledging an alert or approving a PR) may be retained within the organization's system records as part of the audit trail.
